Return Policy
We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. If your purchase didn’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to make a return. We’ll walk you through the process and give you all the options available so you can return your item with confidence.
Return Window
You have 14 days to return your item:
• Online orders: 14 days from the shipment’s delivery date
• Pop-up or in-person purchases: 14 days from the purchase date

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all tags and labels attached
• Be returned in the same region where it was purchased
• Be free from any damage, stains, scents, or signs of use
Returns that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted.
We do not accept returns on used products or items with removed tags.
Return Fee
To help us keep things sustainable and efficient, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. However, this fee is waived if you are a Shiryon rewards member or choose store credit instead.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your banking institution. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items?
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
